Tell Them It's A Bot!

Recently a law was passed in California, stating that all chatbots need to identify as chatbots (as opposed to pretending to be human). The legislation goes into effect for California residents in July 2019. Here's the thing: we should all be doing this anyway. Why? It makes people feel safer with your bot. If your bot is upfront and transparent, it builds relationships. And that's what we're here to do, right? We'll discuss all this on today's show - give it a listen!
